We invited Kāhui Tautoko Consulting Ltd to undertake a management and governance audit. This allowed us to get a benchmark measure of our performance and also identify areas that need attention. Not only were they able to involve and engage our staff and stakeholders exceedingly well, but they presented their final report at our strategic planning hui in a way that encouraged governance and built staff morale and commitment. I have no hesitation in recommending Kāhui Tautoko Consulting Ltd to any other organisation that wants to deliver outstanding service.

I have been impressed by the level of professionalism…which combined with their significant experience within the health sector, was well received by the Department’s management and nursing staff. Their results were achieved within a short timeframe and they have worked at all times with the Department to achieve our objective.

L. Knight, Department of Corrections

They have shown tremendous commitment to completing this assignment, at times under extreme time and contractual pressures. Their analytical skills were clearly evident, as was their capacity to think strategically and anticipate requirements…the result was a report that met all the objectives set…

J. Royal, Ministry of Health

We have worked with Kāhui Tautoko Consulting Ltd for over 18 months and during this time, I have found them to be professional and excellent to work alongside. We are grass roots people and had no experience in addressing all the accountabilities of Government, so their ability to explain things in a language we could understand has been both beneficial and critical to our ongoing progress. Kāhui Tautoko Consulting Ltd’s approach to our communities allowed us to do things our way and their respect for the fact that te reo is our first language was obvious and supported. We have been able to learn at our own pace. We have a close relationship with Kāhui Tautoko Consulting Ltd and we intend to maintain this relationship for a long time as Kāhui Tautoko Consulting Ltd is now part of our wider whanau

Tangiora Tawhara, Executive Officer, Pūao te Ata Tū a Tūhoe Trust

Kāhui Tautoko Consulting Ltd was contracted to prepare a draft of our Annual Plan from a number of base documents. The request was short notice and the timelines tight. The work was done promptly and with minimal fuss, and completed before the agreed date. We were impressed with the professional approach of Kāhui Tautoko Consulting Ltd. The quality of the draft was excellent and conformed very well to our brief. The writing was clear, the document well organised and several useful suggestions were incorporated. I would not hesitate to use Kāhui Tautoko Consulting Ltd again should the opportunity arise
